This position is located in the East Building of the CPI Card Group Company. It will provide support to the Lead and Project Manager as needed in regards to operating Ultra Seal machines, supervising and training line employees, and having the ability to communicate and interact with employees.
Reports to: Leads & Project Manager
Essential Functions:
Job Duties
• Managing and ensuring quality assurance when operating machines
• Operating simple and tactical procedures for machines
• Knowledge on all positions within line of machinery
• Training, assisting, supervising, and ensuring that employees are accurately implementing roles
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimal requirement of a High School diploma along with the consent to a background and credit check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Capability to work well under pressure and great attention to detail are vital to this position. Bilingual in English and one other language. Must be skilled with numbers and quality inspection. Ability to work well with others and adapt to surroundings to better assist leads and employees.
