This position is located in the East Building of the CPI Card Group Company. It will provide support to the LTS and Production Supervisor as needed in regards to basic documenting duties, training employees, and insuring quality assurance with specific projects as assigned.
Reports to: Client LTS or Production Sup
Essential Functions:
Job Duties
• Managing employee attendance
• Managing and supervising seal bay and handwork areas
• Documenting and quantifying daily production
• Assisting in remake duties during production
• Report directly to LTS and upper management
• Badge management with client's security protocol
• Training employees on handwork tasks
• Supervising and managing machine lines
• Insure quality assurance
• Monitoring and reporting defects
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimal requirement of a High School diploma. Management experience is required along with the consent to a background and credit check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrate good communications skills in written form and orally. Time management, prioritizing, multi-tasking, working well under pressure, and great attention to detail are vital to this position. Must be skilled with numbers and quality inspection. Bilingual in English and one other language. Ability to work well with others and adapt to surroundings to ensure product shipments.
