This position is located in the East Building of the CPI Card Group Company. It will provide support to the Lead and Project Manager as needed in regards to basic documenting duties, training employees, and insuring quality assurance with specific projects as assigned.
Reports to: Lead and Project Manager
Essential Functions:
Job Duties
• Recording quantity paperwork
• Maintaining and distributing smock and badges to employees
• Assisting in remake duties during production
• Training employees on handwork tasks
• Supervising and managing machine lines
• Insure quality assurance
• Monitoring and reporting defects
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimal requirement of a High School diploma along with the consent of a background and credit check.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrate good communications skills in written form and orally. Time management, prioritizing, multi-tasking, working well under pressure, and great attention to detail are vital to this position. Must be skilled with numbers and quality inspection. Bilingual in English and one other language. Ability to work well with others and adapt to surroundings to better assist leads and employees.
